OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Red Paddle Co USA, A Division of Red Paddle Co Ltd, having its registered office at Unit 12 Halwell Business Park, Halwell, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 7LQ, is organizing a free contest named the savvy navvy x Red Paddle Co competition (the “Contest”) on its website https://red-equipment.us/

Participation in the Contest implies that participants accept the provisions of these regulations. Any participant who do not accept the provisions of these regulations or who act in a fraudulent or unfair manner (to be determined at the sole discretion of Red Paddle Co) may be excluded from the Contest at any time.

 

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 06:00 EST on Sept 16 2022 and ends 23:59 EST on Sept 25, 2022 (the “Contest Period”). Any entries after the closing time and date will not be considered.

 

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation to the Contest is free and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The competition is only open to USA and Canadian residents. If you live outside of the USA or Canada and are selected as the winner then your entry will be invalid and another winner will be chosen.

The Contest is open to participants (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) who enter during the competition period.

The Contest is not open to anyone who does not meet the conditions referred to above or to directors, executives, employees, representatives, agents or mandataries of Red Paddle Co or savvy navvy. This includes anyone involved in the implementation and promotion of the prize draw and / or the Contest including any members of their families (of any age) and any household members. Red Paddle Co reserves the right to request that all Participants provide proof of the entry conditions.

Anyone failing to fulfill the entry conditions or refusing to provide proof of them will be excluded from the Contest and may not claim the prize in the event that she/he wins it.

In order to participate, the Participants must have access to the internet and have a valid email address.

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Eligible participants must enter the competition filling out the entry form HERE.

With all giveaways please be aware of scammers. We will never contact you asking for any form of payment.

A Participant’s name is entered automatically into the Contest by completing the steps outlined above. And will remain eligible for the contest on the condition that the Participant complies with the Official Rules and Regulations.

Any false entry will lead to disqualification. Moreover, any entry which does not comply with the regulations can be invalidated by Red Paddle Co at its sole discretion.

Each Participant (or same household address) is allowed to enter only one time during the Contest Period. Participants may not use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants during the Contest Period. In the case of multiple opt-ins through the use of several e-mail addresses by the same person or through the use of a device or artifice, such person will be considered ineligible and will be disqualified from the contest.

In the event of a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, each entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram account.

Red Paddle Co reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violating the Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

 

PRIZE

The Winner(s) are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any applicable taxes, customs fees or freight charges on the items that they choose with the Prize or any portion of the Prize. Winner(s) may waive their right to receive all or a portion of the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, has no cash value and must be accepted by the Winner as awarded.

 

WINNER SELECTION

The draw will be made by a member of the Red Paddle Co team in Devon, UK at the Red Paddle Co headquarters. The chances of being selected depend upon the number of eligible participants. The selected participant will be notified by direct message via Instagram within five business days of the draw.

We will not publish the names of winners to maintain anonymity.
