Hassle Free Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with labelling intact and attached to the product. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product.
Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

I wore this jacket for the first time last weekend and it is absolutely perfect. It is the most comfortable jacket I have ever had and feel confident it will perform as expected. The fit is close but not restricting in any way and although it weighs next to nothing it is warm and windproof. Highly recommended, as with all the Red equipment I have previously purchased.

Good lightweight jacket but sleeves are incredibly long. Not a problem I have had with any jacket before. I purchased a ladies large as I needed a size 14

Hi Deborah, thanks for the review.
As people that do a lot of activities which involve lots of arm movement (paddle boarding, biking, sailing and hiking etc) we found other jackets tended to be too short in the sleeves when raising your arms out in front of you so wanted a longer arm length to help keep our wrists covered when the weather was less than ideal.

Great fit and the flexible fit around the shoulders is great for paddle boarding. Would highly recommend. Large was enough room - s16 usually and this was fine.
