Margaritaville x Red Paddle Co Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The sweepstakes is facilitated by Red Paddle Co, Unit 12 Halwell Business Park, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 7LQ (“Sponsor”). In organizing a Sweepstakes named the Margaritaville x Red Paddle Co Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) on its website https://red-equipment.us/
Participation in the Sweepstakes implies that participants accept the provisions of these regulations. Any participant who do not accept the provisions of these regulations or who act in a fraudulent or unfair manner (to be determined at the sole discretion of Red Paddle Co) may be excluded from the Sweepstakes at any time.
The Sweepstakes begins at 01:00am PST on July 10 2023 and ends 23:59 PST on August 31, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Any entries after the closing time and date will not be considered.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation to the Sweepstakes is free and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
The competition is only open to USA and Canadian residents. If you live outside of the USA or Canada and are selected as the winner then your entry will be invalid and another winner will be chosen.
Winner must be 18 years or older, or if a minor prize must be accepted by a legal parent or guardian. Any Guest who has not reached the age of majority in their state of residence must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian.
The Sweepstakes is not open to anyone who does not meet the conditions referred to above or to directors, executives, employees, representatives, agents or mandataries of Red Paddle Co, Premiere Worldwide Marketing (“Prize Provider”), or Margaritaville. This includes anyone involved in the implementation and promotion of the prize draw and / or the Sweepstakes including any members of their families (of any age) and any household members. Red Paddle Co reserves the right to request that all Participants provide proof of the entry conditions.
Anyone failing to fulfill the entry conditions or refusing to provide proof of them will be excluded from the Sweepstakes and may not claim the prize in the event that she/he wins it.
In order to participate, the Participants must have access to the internet and have a valid email address.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Eligible participants must enter the competition by registering their board.
With all giveaways please be aware of scammers. We will never contact you asking for any form of payment.
A Participant’s name is entered automatically into the Sweepstakes by completing the steps outlined above. And will remain eligible for the Sweepstakes on the condition that the Participant complies with the Official Rules and Regulations.
Any false entry will lead to disqualification. Moreover, any entry which does not comply with the regulations can be invalidated by Red Paddle Co at its sole discretion.
In the event of a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, each entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram account.
Red Paddle Co reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) violating the Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
There is one (1) prize available, to be drawn at the end of the Sweepstakes period. A 4-NIGHT STAY FOR TWO AT MARGARITAVILLE® BEACH RESORT (the “hotel”). Approximate Retail Value of the hotel stay is $1,250 USD. Actual value may vary based on room rate fluctuations. The Winner will not receive the difference between actual and ARV.
Subject to availability, blackout dates will apply at the time of fulfillment. The Winner must complete the trip by August 31, 2024, or the Prize will be forfeited. The winner and guests may be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification (such as a valid passport) to travel to the hotel. Sponsor and Prize Provider are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel cancellation/delay. The Winner and their travel companion(s) are responsible for airfare, ground transportation, all tours, gratuities, fees, discretionary hotel and dining charges, meals in alternative dining venues, alcoholic beverages, boutique purchases and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth herein.

The Winner(s) are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any applicable taxes, customs fees or freight charges on the items that they choose with the Prize or any portion of the Prize. Winner(s) may waive their right to receive all or a portion of the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, has no cash value and must be accepted by the Winner as awarded.
The draw will be made by a member of the Red Paddle Co team in Devon, UK at the Red Paddle Co headquarters. The chances of being selected depend upon the number of eligible participants. The selected participant will be notified by direct message via Instagram within five business days of the draw.
We will not publish the names of winners to maintain anonymity.
