Returning an unwanted item?

We hope that you love your Red purchase(s). However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item and receive a refund.

Please read the following conditions on how to make a return.

How do I return an item?

  1. Open the Returns Portal
  2. Enter your Order Number which you will have received when you placed the original order
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
  4. Select if you would like to Return or take a Store Credit for each of your items. 
  5. Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches $0.00
  6. Download the label supplied and attach this to the package. 
  7. Drop it off at your nearest postal service or Drop Off Point. Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that. If you do not hear from us within the allotted time please email us on: support@redequipment.com

To receive a refund, unwanted items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery or collection. We do not accept returns received outside of this 30-day window.

If you no longer have the original packaging from your order, you can return your order in any other packaging as long as all items are packed securely, and the parcel is properly sealed.

Are there any charges for return?

We offer Free Returns as an optional add-on available at checkout for a small fee. If you purchased Free Returns coverage on your order, your return shipping label is covered at no additional cost — simply use the prepaid label provided through the returns portal. 

If you did not purchase Free Returns at checkout, there is a 10% fee deducted from your return amount and you will be charged the return shipping cost.

  • Free Returns coverage cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in your store credit or refund amount.
  • Free Returns coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned. If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.

Promotional Items & Free Gifts 

If your order included free gifts or promotional items (e.g. buy X get Y free), these must also be returned. 

If the promotional item is not returned, the full retail value will be deducted from your refund. 

Promotional items cannot be returned independently for a refund

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order.

  • Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact and attached still to the product.
  • Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product. 
  • Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you. 

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Paddleboards are excluded from returns and cannot be returned at this time.

All items are inspected before a refund is processed.

Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Can I Exchange an item?

Unfortunatley we are currently unable to offer exchanges but are working on this. In the meantime the easiest thing to do is process your return as detailed above and place another order with us. This will also reduce the time taken to get the correct item to you.

warranty

All items are covered by a year warranty from once the order has been placed. If you have a warranty return please contact our customer service team support@redequipment.com who will guide you through the process.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Due to high volumes, it is taking up to 10 days to process returns currently. We are working hard to decrease this as much as possible.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Funds can take up to 10 working days to appear into your account.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once approved.
  • If approved, then your refund or credit will be processed, in the case of a refund a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, with funds returned to you within 10 working days.
  • Refunds can only be offered for items received back within 30 days after delivery, in a new (unused) condition with all labels still attached to the product (dont worry if the integrity of the out wrapping has been compromised during opening. 
  • Items that don't have the original lables still attached will be charged a 10% reconditioning fee which will be deducted from your refund. We will notify you if this is required and will not action this until we hear back from you. If we don't hear back from you within 4 working days we will return the items to you with no refund.
  • If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned. If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.
  • Please note that Free Returns coverage is non-refundable and will not be included in your refund or store credit amount. 
  • Please note that all paddleboards cannot be returned at this time.
