Overview

The Gear Up for Summer Giveaway ("the Giveaway") is organised by Red Paddle Co Ltd, trading as Red Equipment, located at Gill North America Inc, 2315 Beach Blvd ste 201, Jacksonville Beach Florida 32250, United States in partnership with PaddleWays, Zygo, Drink LMNT, Floatsup®, Aspen Islanders, and Outpst Co. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 

Eligibility 

The Giveaway is open to United States (U.S.) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Red Equipment or its promotional partners are not eligible to enter. 

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PDT on 15 June 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on 22 June 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.  

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form available at red-equipment.us/pages/gear-up-for-summer-giveaway-2026 during the Giveaway Period. 

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or submitted using different email addresses, identities or any automated methods may be disqualified.  

Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at $2198.98 USD, consisting of: 

• One (1) Red Equipment 11’6” Ride MSL®800 Inflatable Paddle Board Package, including: 11’6” Ride Paddle Board, Prime Adjustable Carbon SUP Paddle, ATB Bag, Titan 2 Pump, RSS Battens, 9” Touring Fin, Repair Kit, Water Resistant Phone Case (ARV $1,448)

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products or services. No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted. 

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via email within seven (7) days of the Giveaway closing date. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Red Equipment reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required before the prize is awarded. 

Prize Fulfilment

Physical prize items will be shipped to a valid U.S. address, nominated by the winner. Red Equipment is not responsible for delays, loss, failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner. 

Publicity

By entering, participants consent to Red Equipment using their first name, city and state for winner announcements and related promotional purposes, including on the Red Equipment website, email newsletters, and social media channels worldwide. 

Data Protection

All personal information submitted will be handled in accordance with Red Equipment’s Privacy Policy. 

Data will only be shared with giveaway partners where participants have provided explicit consent via the entry form. Links to each partner's privacy policy are provided on the entry form.
