Overview

The Get in the Water Giveaway ("the Giveaway") is organised by Red Paddle Co Ltd, trading as Red Equipment, located at Gill North America Inc, 2315 Beach Blvd ste 201, Jacksonville Beach Florida 32250, United States in partnership with Sunski.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 

Eligibility 

The Giveaway is open to United States (U.S.) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Red Equipment or its promotional partners are not eligible to enter. 

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PDT on 1 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on 15 October 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.  

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete a water-based physical activity during the Giveaway period and submit their entry through the official designated form available at red-equipment.us/pages/get-in-the-water-giveaway-2026 on the Red Equipment website.

Entrants must provide:

• Their name and contact details;
• A photograph showing themselves taking part in the activity; and
• A brief description of the water-based activity completed

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or submitted using different email addresses, identities or any automated methods will be disqualified.  

No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

Participant Responsibility

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are fit and appropriately prepared to participate in their chosen water-based activity and should take appropriate safety precautions. Red Equipment and Sunski are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from an entrant's participation in a water-based activity.

Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at $538 USD, consisting of: 

• Their choice of one (1) Red Equipment EVO Pro Change Robe or EVO Pro Parka (ARV $249) 
• One (1) Red Equipment Waterproof Tote Bag (ARV $169)
• Their choice of one (1) pair of Sunski Baia or Bernina sunglasses (ARV $120) 

The winner may choose their preferred colour and size for the Red Equipment EVO Pro Change Robe or EVO Pro Slimline Parka, the colour of the Red Equipment Waterproof Tote Bag, and either the Sunski Baia or Sunski Bernina sunglasses, subject to availability.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Red Equipment and Sunski reserve the right, where necessary, to substitute a prize with an alternative product of equal or greater value.

The winner is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via email within seven (7) days of the Giveaway closing date. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Red Equipment reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required before the prize is awarded. 

Use of Submitted Content

By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that any photograph submitted is their own work, that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it, and that its use by Red Equipment and Sunski as described in these Terms & Conditions will not infringe the rights of any third party.

By submitting an entry, entrants grant Red Equipment and Sunski permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish and distribute their submitted photograph or video for promotional, marketing and editorial purposes in connection with the Promotion, Red Equipment and/or Sunski.

This permission is granted without time limit and may apply across Red Equipment and Sunski's websites, social media channels, digital marketing, advertising and other promotional communications.

Entrants will not be entitled to additional payment or compensation for such use.

Where required, entrants agree to provide reasonable assistance in connection with the use of their submitted content.

Publicity

By entering, participants consent to Red Equipment using their first name, city and state for winner announcements and related promotional purposes, including on the Red Equipment website, email newsletters, and social media channels worldwide. 

Prize Fulfilment

Physical prize items will be shipped to a valid U.S. address, nominated by the winner. Red Equipment is not responsible for delays, loss, failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner. 

Data Protection

All personal information submitted will be handled in accordance with Red Equipment’s Privacy Policy. 

Data will only be shared with giveaway partners where participants have provided explicit consent via the entry form. Links to each partner's privacy policy are provided on the entry form. 

General

Red Equipment reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides false or misleading information, or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway or entry process.

Red Equipment reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Red Equipment is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, incorrectly submitted or otherwise unable to be processed for technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.

Red Equipment's decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform through which the Giveaway may be promoted.
