As a Red Rewards member, every purchase earns you points, which you can redeem to get money off your next order - whether you're upgrading your gear or investing in something new.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS:
1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
It’s easy to sign up in seconds.
2. ADD PRODUCTS TO CART
Choose the products you want to redeem your rewards against.
3. SELECT YOUR REWARD
Choose the reward that you want to use against your order and click 'Get Reward'. Copy the unique code.
4. PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
Apply the code you have selected in the coupons section at checkout and your voucher will automatically be added.
5. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
Redeem your new points, which can be used against your next purchase with us.
Frequently Asked Questions
You will receive 5 points for every $1 you spend with us. You can also earn points from completing a variety of activities such as creating an account, signing up to our newsletter, leaving us review and many more. There will also be days throughout the year where you can earn double points!
Your points will expire after 12 months of no activity. As long as you order something through our website within 12 months, then they will not expire. You'll be reminded via email when your points are nearing their expiration date so you have plenty of time to use them up.
Your points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code but you will still earn points on every order you make.
You can view your points balanced in your account area. Just login and you will be able to see your current total.
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
Points remain “pending“ for the duration of our 30 day returns window. If you return an item in this time, the points are deducted as if the item was never purchased. If after 30 days you decide to keep your items, the points are “approved“.
Your tier status is calculated on points accumulated in the past year, you will not be downgraded a tier for redeeming points.
