Prime Lightweight SUP Paddle

Lovely light paddle , a noticeable difference from my old plastic one. It was a shear delight to use it.

I’m new to paddle boarding but have a history of surfing and kayaking. I have a the moment an economy board not red, was supplied with pump bag paddle etc. I have been out a few times at the beach and on rivers but definitely felt the need for a better paddle. I am much happier and feel more in Control now with my new red Paddle and will at some stage when I’ve decided on the model upgrade to a better board. Probably a couple as I’d love to get back to surfing but with a paddle and also fancy the idea of river day trips.

The prime lightweight paddle overall very good. I purchased this as it was on offer with quite a significant saving so gave it ago. It has enough flex to power through your stroke. It is light although not the lightest out there. It feels firm in the hand. Manage to go a fair way before feeling any fatigue So overall a good paddle for new paddlers looking for a lighter paddle.

As a beginner/improver I was finding the kit paddle that came with my board too flexible (and creaky at the joints) when paddling upwind. The RED paddle is lighter, stiffer and has good solid joints. A nice upgrade and great value while it was on offer.
