On all orders over $150 we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 in the United States and the majority of Canada.
Orders between $100 and $149.99 are charged a $10 fee.
Orders up to $99.99 are charged a $15 fee.
Please note due to our channel distribution model using independent retail outlets some orders may be delivered to you in multiple shipments.
Remote areas in Canada (Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory) are charged a flat $100 fee on all orders due to the complexity of shipping to these regions.
Orders are dispatched within two business days and typically take up to 5 business days to be delivered (not guaranteed).
Hassle Free Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with labelling intact and attached to the product. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product.
Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Sizing for the Pro Change Robe is based purely off height and not build as they are designed to be oversized with plenty of room to get changed in and out of sports kit.
If you are on the borderline of two sizes then we recommend going for the larger option as the extra material will help keep your modesty protected.

I love this coat, it’s super warm and it fits me - which is huge bonus being 6ft 6. It’s has enough pockets for my needs and access from top or bottom with the zips

I spent along time comparing these types of robes on line, but eventually decided on the Pro Change from Red. Mostly down to value for money, design detail and colour.
I am super happy with my purchase as it’s totally lived up to my expectations! So snuggly but enough room to change under. Love the pale blue colour. Really nice feeling fabric on the outside and the lining. Will be wearing at the beach all the time as the weather gets colder.
