Red Paddle Co boards come with a 2 year warranty from the time of purchase. This can be extended to a 5 year warranty when registered online within 3 months of purchase. This maximum extension is only applicable to new and unused boards from the latest model year.
Total available warranty based on board model year:

- 22/23: 4 years
- 21/22: 3 years
This warranty policy applies to boards only. All other items (bags, pumps, paddles, leashes etc) come with a 12 month warranty. See our full terms and conditions for more information.

Hassle Free Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with labelling intact and attached to the product. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product.
Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

This is a board with all the practical benefits of an inflatable SUP that's also designed specifically with beginner windsurfers in mind, but can make a great coastal cruiser for more experienced riders. The carry handles are on the rails so not to get in the way of the rider as well as having front and back carry handles to make launching and landing easier. The roomy 160 litre internal capacity the ATB tandem bag provides lots of space and it's super comfortable to carry thanks to the anthropomorphically designed adjustable ergonomic support for your back and shoulders.
Paddles can now be packed away into the velcro securing system and the blade is safely stored in the interior blade pocket. The large outer zip pocket means any essentials can be quickly stored and are easily accessible at any point.

Care.
How to store your board
Before storing, rinse all equipment in fresh water and let it dry completely.
To pack away, lay the deflated board deck-up and place the pump across the nose, leaving enough room to wrap the board over. Roll tightly, then secure with the strap. Use the backpack’s internal strap to secure the board inside.
Store your board in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. If keeping it rolled up, avoid excess pressure on the straps. If space allows, it’s best to store the pump separately.
You can also leave your board inflated, ideally kept on a flat surface...

Laminate: the reinforced composite coating is bonded to the textile core using machine welding that applies heat and pressure to the inner PVC layer, saving over 2kg of adhesives and reducing cosmetic and safety concerns. Produced under low tension, this process creates a torsional stiffening effect when the boards are inflated, making MSL® stiffer at lower pressures.

All-Terrain Backpack.
The All-Terrain Backpack makes transporting, packing and unpacking your board quick and easy. With a generous capacity and continuous coiled front-loading zip, it’s constructed from super-durable material with double-bonded nylon threads.
Padded shoulder straps and waist belt, combined with rugged wheels and multiple grab handles, ensure comfortable carrying and easy wheeling, even over rough ground. An exterior zip pocket offers quick access to essentials, while inside there’s a Velcro system to keep your paddle in place.
Touring 9" Fin and Sure-Fin Daggerboard.
The 10'7" Windsurf comes with a single removable fin at the tail. Our US box fins are slotted in easily by hand and tightened with a finger bolt, so no tools are required.
A removable Sure-Fin daggerboard slots through the centre of our 10'7" Windsurf. It greatly improves stability, tracking and upwind performance when windsurfing.
Titan II Pump.
Widely acclaimed as the best manual SUP pump on the market, our Titan II ensures you’ll spend less time pumping and more time paddling.
Its ergonomic design maximises ease and efficiency – pumping air at over 60mph in dual chamber mode. Then simply switch to single chamber to reach full pressure.
The redesigned airbox integrates the gauge and hose outlet for hassle-free pumping. Sleek in-line cylinders, removable handles and foldable feet simplify storage too.

Red Paddle Co is the only inflatable SUP brand that makes boards in its own private facility, using innovative materials and manufacturing methods to produce quality kit you won’t find elsewhere. The Tec Air process is how we refine and develop our boards.
We’ve taken standard inflatable technology and reworked almost every aspect of it. By pinpointing key areas, we’ve identified improvements – from the precise bonding of layers to the application of optimum rocker curve, triple-taped reinforced rails to our exclusive MSL® drop-stitch material, no element is overlooked.
Before going into production our designs undergo rigorous research and testing. (We’ve even run tractors and a 22.5-tonne digger over them – they were fine!) Then manufacturing each board takes 72 hours: that’s ten times the industry average. Unlike most other paddleboard companies, we never compromise on quality. It’s this unique Tec Air process that sets us apart.

Since then, our commitment to constant innovation has seen us push the boundaries of inflation technology. That’s why we’re so confident that our reimagined Titan II is the best pump on the market. Quite simply, it puts air into your board faster and reaches a higher pressure with less effort.
The double-chamber Titan II has a bayonet fitting at both ends of the hose, attached directly to the airbox to reduce leaks and so it doesn’t thrash about in use. Folding feet and a removable quick-release handle reduce the size by 30% when you’re finished, making it more packable and portable.
