I needed a bag to travel to Greece that I could carry along with my board. A bag that would take my iPad, clothes, snorkel, flippers and clothes and still stay within the limit for hand luggage. This bag is brilliant. It fits everything in, it is really comfortable for a 5’6 female and it’s waterproof. Once in Greece I put it through its paces: packed a towel, book, sun cream, snorkel, flippers, water bottle, lunch and swam out to my board which was anchored about 100 m out in deep water water. Everything stayed dry. I did this several times. Rinsed the bag at the end of the day again. It dried quickly. Had totally brilliant adventures in Kefalonia and my gear did not let me down.

I'm a very petite woman (around size of average 11 year old) so I am always concerned that backpack straps for adults will not do up tight enough, but I have used this bag extensively since I had it and can pull it tight against me. Am yet to try it for hiking in wet Wales but so far am pleased.

Finding it a bit fiddly to get the top wrapped over well enough that it doesn't pop open again, but this will come with practice and time. A good size for day out and love the deep side outside pockets and the interior second pocket.

Great size for day trips when multiple layers are required or taking the adventure blanket and a small picnic. Love how lightweight this bag is and still waterproof if you get caught in the showers.

I wanted a smallish backpack that would pack small enough to fit into a big case for flights etc, and that was waterproof and comfortable enough for hiking. It did just this, and also worked as a deck bag! It survived hours of heavy rain, and all stayed dry inside.
