Women's EVO Pro Slimline Waterproof Parka Jacket - Admiral Blue

I've had various brands of changing robes since I started open water swimming. By far the best were my two Red Evo Pros. But at 5 foot and a dog-end and size 8, eveything swamped me. I also never once, in 4 years of winter swimming, changed under a changing robe! I only used them for a post-swim warm coat and found myself wrapping them round me to be more close-fitting. When I saw the slimline parka, I knew it was going to be a game-changer. I couldn't be happier with my new purchase. I love the Admiral blue colour for starters. Secondly, even at 5 foot and a dog-end, I always felt my Red Evo Pros could have been just a bit longer and the size XS slimline parka addresses that. It reaches right down to mid-calf and easily covers the top of my wellies for wet dog walks. Size small would have been far too long for a person so vertically challenged as there's quite a big difference in length between XS and S. The XS envelopes me like a warm hug after an autumn swim. The hand warmer pockets could be a bit bigger. I only have small hands so it's not too bad for me but any goal-keepers with hands like paddles would struggle. And the sleeves are very long but I don't actually find that's an issue. I do wonder who designed the turn-up cuff though because surely that's going to fill with water when the coat is worn in a downpour??? No doubt I'll find out in due course.
