You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with labelling intact and attached to the product. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product.
Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Sizing for the Pro Change Robe is based purely off height and not build as they are designed to be oversized with plenty of room to get changed in and out of sports kit.
If you are on the borderline of two sizes then we recommend going for the larger option as the extra material will help keep your modesty protected.

The EVO boasts a PFC-free DWR waterproof outer which will perform better the less intense cleaning it is subjected too, so as a general rule, only wash it when it’s particularly stinky or filthy.

The EVO boasts a PFC-free DWR waterproof outer which will perform better the less intense cleaning it is subjected too, so as a general rule, only wash it when it’s particularly stinky or filthy.
When you do wash your robe, do so at no more than 30 degrees C on a slow-spin cycle.
After the first 4-5 full washes you’ll need to boost the DWR with a special outdoor kit washing liquid (Grangers or similar). Avoid laundry detergent as much as possible as it is designed to break down grease and oils, and the DWR coating looks similar to these to detergents, so avoid adding this to the wash.
For best results, try washing and drying your robe inside out as the outer layer will dry quickly while the fleece will take longer. If possible, dry flat in the sun, but in wintertime, hanging your robe in a warm spot will speed up drying.
*Spot cleaning your robes: For any grease-based marks spot cleaning with washing up liquid is recommended.

Parka fits well. Not able to change in it due to my weight specially around the hips. Fits well in other places, I can close it, therefore I can wear it after swimming. Parka is very well made.

Length of sleeves are too short. I’m 5’9” and I have a medium. I guess my arms are long. I gave it to my wife. I would like to buy another one, but the next size up large afraid might be too big overall.

Got the medium even though was in range for small so a bit big all over, but wanted it to be long to keep my legs dry when walking the dog. Its definitely waterproof and very cosy; usually get too hot in it so wear little underneath. Had lots of comments from other dog walkers. Expensive but probably a one time purchase and will definitely get plenty of wear during the winter months.
